181.00 lbs

Amazing what not eating can do. No, I’m only kidding. Had one "real" meal at lunch. Mum made "Sante Fe Chicken Soup" from the Body For Life recipe book, and it was great. But the important thing was that I had only ONE bowl of it. That’s one of his ideas. One small/moderate portion every few hours. The rest of the day was just two Mypolex Shakes and one of those Fiber bars that have about 150 calories.

I walked a pretty good bit yesterday. And did some sit ups and push ups before bed.

At least I got to the gym twice last week, which is better than zero. I definitely plan on being there everyday this week, ok lets just say mon, tues, wed. hehhehehehhe. Of course I won’t worry about Thursday. My sister makes this pumkin cheese cake that even a Shaman would take his bird suit off for.

I am from Little Rock, Arkansas where I live now. I spent many years after college owning and running a Retail store and that was very interesting and educational from many points of view, but I knew that business wasn't what I loved doing. So now I part time help with my father's building business and work the rest of the time as one of my Chinese friends calls "My Interesting" which is writing, music, reading, meditating, spiritual activities and seeing the common thread that brings it all together.

I am just catching up on your blogs, and seeing your recording of your exercise and weight loss.

    Good for you!!

I blogged a bit about my cleanse a few weeks ago and the accountability you give yourself by blogging about it for the world to see is such a huge step!!

Congratulations, and I totally support your intent to be healthy and fit!

Stephen, I am amazed! One month and almost 10 pounds gone? I recently noticed that I may have added a few pounds while I wasn't paying attention — I take inspiration from your posts, commitment and dedication.

Wow, Mallika Chopra reading my blog! What a thrill! Your father is one of my greatest Heroes and his work one of my greatest inspirations, and you are too, so this makes blogging about it doubly fun and effective. Thanks so much. Oh, I want to read about your cleanse. I want to try that next or maybe even in combination. Yeah, blogging about it for the world to see really is a great tool to keep one inspired and focused.

Thanks Emma! I take inspiration from you reading and commenting about mine. It helps keep me inspired. So I thank you very much. Yeah, maybe I've been a little too intense about it, but I was(am) just so sick of this belly. :)
