After the launch of my newest book, Miracles Now, I received some awesome emails from my readers. Many of them reported that they were intuitively guided to share the Miracles Now meditations with their kids! This news thrilled me. My hope and my intention is that those of us on a mindful path can organically plant spiritual seeds in our children. In this week’s vlog I share fabulous tips on how to teach meditation to kids. When you plant a spiritual seed in a child you can know that you have given them the greatest gift they could ever receive.
First off, before the meal begins visualize how you want the meal to go. Try to see yourself picking the healthier options, chewing mindfully and remembering to put down your fork. Use that as a meditation before you go down to dinner. Be present and mindful during your dinner – have more conversations! This is a family affair so use the time to talk to your loved ones about what you’re thankful for and what is going on in their lives. If you become involved in the meal you have less time to over eat.
Why are you here? What is the message you are trying to put out into the world? I’ve talked a lot about spreading your personal message in the past but now I want to go more in-depth. In this latest vlog I share my practical and spiritual tools for manifesting media for your message. I believe that it is our responsibility to share our great work with the world. Learn how to release your fears, be unapologetic about your message and share it with pride.

Is it impossible to relish yourself in high heels and enjoy being fashionable but still be taken seriously? That’s a battle I wage constantly, but I maintain that being true to yourself and how you want to present yourself does not deter from your spiritual journey.
Weddings can bring up a lot of old fears. Throughout the process I used my spiritual tools from A Course in Miracles to release my ancient limiting beliefs and laugh at my ego’s tiny mad ideas. The spiritual approach to fear always offers the most profound solutions. In this vlog I share with you my own process for releasing fear.

In today’s economy is there a way to make a decent living but have autonomy over our time? My friend Kate Northrup grew up always knowing she wanted to be a mom – but one that was financially free and had the ability to be present and there for her kids. So she began writing about her journey, and developing tips to share with you.
I’m so proud to share my Kate’s first book, MONEY, A Love Story. In this video, Kate shares how you can untangle your financial woes and create the life you really want. Check out the book here and feel free to leave questions for Kate in the comments below. She will reply!
My favorite passage from A Course in Miracles is:
There is a way of living in the world that is not here, although it seems to be. You do not change appearance, though you smile more frequently. Your forehead is serene; your eyes are quiet.
