Beat Holiday Weight Gain

You may recognize me from my photo — I am a personal trainer/fitness expert based in Los Angeles. I help celebrities like Julia Roberts and Jennifer Aniston stay in shape, and I write for numerous magazines. I have also written six books. 
 
Starting this Monday you can get access to my fitness expertise — daily — here on Intent.com! I will be blogging my workout intents – Monday through Friday – until the end of December.
 
Work out with me, and together we can stave off the holiday weight gain, and maybe even make it to New Year’s fitter and trimmer than ever before. My posts will always list the exercises with the reps and sets and the weight that I use. 
 
I have high expectations that I will succeed in executing them, and I hope you can work out along with me and meet your own fitness goals as well.
