Today we have a family trip to the pumpkin patch with my son’s kindergarten class.
Since returning to work 2.5 months ago, every moment with my kids is precious. I know that I need to allow them to grow outside of me, but really has been the hardest thing I have had to do. I really had plans to be a full time Mom for the better part of their child, due to financial stresses from the effects of starting up my own business, I have had to return to work earlier than I wanted.
Each moment is precious~each look, each word, each energy you emit and each thought you create can be felt vibrationally to your children. Speak from a place of love, even if you are disciplining. Think from a place of love, compassion, encouragement & kindness. We sometimes get so caught up in the "have to do’s" & commitments of life that we loose sight how we are aligned, and how we are vibrating to the world around us.
Take time to breathe in your busy day~remember that you can even enjoy each minute when you stop and breathe.
Allow your mind, your heart, your soul, your colleagues, your family to feel the best you have to give.
