Colon Hydrotherapy

From a very young age I consumed a poor diet and took several medications and antibiotics.  The end result left me with some very uncomfortable digestive problems.  I found Colon Hydrotherapy to be a very important component of my healing process.  I believe so much in the importance of cleansing the colon, that I left my career as a Registered Nurse and opened Healing Movement, where I practice as a Colon Hydrotherapist.

Colon Hydrotherapy is a safe and effective method of removing waste from the large intestine, without the use of drugs. By introducing filtered and temperature regulated water into the colon, the waste is softened and loosened, resulting in evacuation through natural peristalsis. This process is repeated a few times during a 45 minute session.

When the colon is healthy, a person will have two or more well-formed bowel movements a day.  This should happen with ease, not needing to sit on the toilet and strain.  Normally, the body pushes wastes out of your colon in eighteen to twenty-four hours.  When there is not proper elimination, deposits of fecal matter build up along the wall of the colon.  This may lead to a spastic or inflamed colon, causing interference with nutrient absorption.  The feces that remain in one’s system begin to decay, releasing toxins and poisonous gases that seep into the blood.
