Across the planet relatively small but a growing number of people seem to be becoming aware of and articulating the need for improvement of the processes, systems and structures that we humans have constructed to govern varying aspects of our world. Whether it be at the most local and individual level of interpersonal dynamics or the dynamics that take place at organizational level or even at a more global level networks and alliances, this need is expressed in various forms. In this endeavor I hope to explore the theoretical knowledge base currently available for us with a view to expand and integrate such knowledge through research while filling their gaps which will enable us to conceptualize new models, develop and design new systems as well as to improve the existing ones through creative endeavors. Our personal as well as collective growth and development of the world might rest on the very fact of how well we understand these processes and systems that govern our world and our lives, and how best we could design and structure them in a manner that is effective and sustainable to the planet we live. Its very health and sustainance along with its inhabitants and their successive generations may rest upon this collective task of ours. It is this view that has shaped my personal journey with its myriads of experiences so far to the current stage where the need to study, research, develop and apply concepts and methods which does not exploit the resources, individuals and the environment of the planet we live in, to achieve lasting health and sustainable development of not only the world but of the whole of our current civilization has become evident. Our very evolutionary journey may depend on how well we manage this challenge which right now increasingly becoming a priority across the globe...
