Interesting link. I'm not sure I was aware of this benefit of exercise. I like the idea of affirmations during exercise as well because it engages another part of the brain.
I vaguely remember something about that….but I do agree totally.

I love the idea that a run on the beach or brisk walk is more beneficial than Sudoku — as I am not a Sudoku fan! But perhaps the real answer is a combo of brain and body exercises. Regardless, I'm happy to have added motivation to get to the gym!
