very, very true. i've been an avid "fruitarian" for almost twenty years now. i make sure i have at least a few servings of fresh fruit each day. as part of an overall effort to consume healthily, it's resulted in me being in the best overall health of my life.
This so true..
Many people are interested today in things that are so called anti-oxidants such as drinking green tea etc… in fact there are no foods or drinks that come remotely close to being as pure and as high in antioxidants than freshly squeezed fruit juice is!
Also from a spiritual stand point it purifies the body mind and soul.
