HEALING THROUGH BEING

Very true. May God heal all forms of grief and bereavement within all of us. All we have to do is just be and God and time then takes care of the rest.
Gerean,
Tears come again as I re-read your poem. The beauty of how we are touched so deeply by another, in ways that only become clear to us over time, and possibly the clearest with the passing of that person, but then still clearer as the full force of that person's presence within us gradually unfolds as we walk on after their passing. My dad is still here, for an unknown period of time. But in his illness, I feel his presence growing within me. I am speechless
Gerean, I read this again today. Honestly, the presence of your fathers spirit, your grief, really touched me.
Thanks for sharing.

There were numerous intentions in posting this piece. The most prominent were, to be heard as part of my own healing and also to heal. The loop of intention and the infinite outcomes seem beyond my finite grasp. However, I increasingly recognize the power and strength of oneness in sharing with others even the "seemingly" most simple of right intent. Thank you Mallika for opening up a forum for all to contribute, to hear, to be heard and to make a difference.
Although some time has passed since the writing of this poem, its effect is ageless. it heals me now, and its strength carries on…..Thank you, and Peace.
