Hearts of Peace

             When all men know
                  And realize
   That we are all human in race.
          Then faith will bloom
            And peace will rain
              On every heart.

          When love is sparked
                 In every heart,
             And justice wears
           Forgiveness crowns.
           Then hope will grow
            And peace will flow
              From every heart.

        When twice blest mercy
                 Is earths’ cry
And kindness stirs in all our souls
          Then peace will reign
                And peace will
           Grow in every heart

          When revenges’ rage
             Is quenched in love.
              And hate and hurt
              Erased with care.
           Oh peace will stand!
               In all our hearts.

             When all shall feel
               And live in God,
              And all our souls 
                 Are sanctified.
            Deep calls to deep
           His peace we’ll seek.

          When all these virtues
                 Come to pass.
              And man and God
                Are face to face
          Then all Gods’ children
               Shall know peace
             For peace will reign
             In our worlds’ hearts.

                Peace will reign .
                 Peace will flow .
                 Peace will grow .
             In our worlds’ hearts.
