This week, Intent wanted to hear your ideas on being present. How can we stay anchored to the life that is unfolding before us right here, right now–rather than dwelling on the past or wishing for a better future?
We received an outpouring of responses! Many of these responses were general mindfulness principles that all of us can learn or review. Other blog entries were tailored for specific situations and activities, such as being present while snacking and being present when your kids are driving you crazy.
And how about being present while participating in a grass-roots movement or being present simply through the act of writing words on paper? Fantastic ideas. We thank all of you for your inspiring and informative articles.
