The Intent Learning Series

Achieving Your Intention
January 5 – 30, 2009

Simply put, an intent can be anything you want to change or achieve in your life or in the world in which you live – it can be personal, social, or global, or all three. In this month-long learning series, M. J. Ryan, author of the best-selling book, This Year I Will…: How to Finally Change a Habit, Keep a Resolution, or Make a Dream Come True, will take you through four steps, each lasting one week, to help you figure out what your most important intentions are and give you the tools to make each a reality.

Here’s what M.J. will cover each week:

Week 1 (January 5 to 9): What’s Your Intent?: Figuring out what you want to achieve

Week 2 (January 12 to 16): Getting Started: How to take action and find support

Weeks 3 & 4 (January 19 to 30): Staying Motivated: How to keep going when motivation wanes

Ready to get started? Post your intent and find community support and content to help you achieve it!
