For those of you who try to meditate or exercise regularly, do you notice that when you are practicing regularly your life is more in balance and when you put it off (or convince yourself you are too stressed or dont have the time), then life is more stressful? The meditation or exercise provides an anchoring to keep you in balance…
I am starting to feel the same way about intents. I find myself contemplating my upcoming intents more, and in the process taking better care of myself because I am concious about needing to post one daily. Anyone else having this experience?
I also get so inspired reading so many wonderful intents and seeing the support and comments. It makes me so happy to see how positive and supportive people are. Thank you!
How are your 30 days of Intent going?
P.S. A very special thank you to all of our Intent Voice bloggers who are our 30 Days of Intention Launch Partners and helping Intent.com spread the word about this very special event. Please check out their websites and blogs to learn more who they are and the great work that they do.

Totally agree. I find myself thinking of upcoming intents when I'm getting ready for work. And now I'm asking my family… "what's your intent for today" before I leave. A very cool way to start the day- and get it going on the right track. As always, my sons intents are the best!
It is true Mallika and for me it is a delight to read my own intents back once in a while to see how much I have already grown again
And, certainly not to forget, the intent of others is very inspirational and it is even a fun game to react interactively to them
Yes!! Posting a new intent a day feels great. And being able to click on the "I DID IT" button is so gratifying. Also am making a conscious effort to RE-INTENT more… Keep sharing your intents, everyone!
These 30 days are giving me hope and a new-found energy that has been missing. Thank you!
Yes, posting an intent for the day helps me focus on what I would like to accomplish for the day and the type of mindset and attitude I want to have!
learning to aim arrow of consciousness one intent at a time
Posting my intent inspires me to take a moment out of the day to think about what I can do today to make a difference – for me and for others.
Me: go on a run, be aware of my surroundings, how I feel while focusing on my breath.
Others: Just shot/videotaped an amazing story about how 3 San Francisco preschoolers banded together to help feed hungry people. They raised more than 5,000 dollars!!! Stay tuned, will be featured on http://www.GoInspireGo.com
Today I ask you = what can YOU do?!
Namaste
Loving it!
i agree Mallika 30 days of Intents is awesome!!!!!

This is a smart blog. I mean it. You have so much knowledge about this issue, and so much passion. You also know how to make people rally
behind it, obviously from the responses. Youve got a design here thats not too flashy, but makes a statement as big as
what youre saying. Great job, indeedbathtub|shower enclosure|
