Intent Video of the Day: Beethoven Flash Mob

On May 19th, a seemingly lonely bass player  began playing Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony for people strolling around Plaça de Sant Roc in Sabadell, Spain. Within just a few moments, however, the solo performance turned into a glorious mass ensemble, with more than 100 musicians and singers from the Orchestra Simfònica del VallèsAmics de l’Òpera de SabadellCoral Belles Arts, and Cor Lieder Camera following suit.

The result is a breathtaking demonstration of the power of music to bring strangers together and spark joy, gratitude, and comraderie.
