As I read the intent roll each day, one of the things that amazes me is how positive and powerful, giving and compassionate the intents are. Have you noticed how much of peoples intentions – even when very personal – are about connecting with others?
I attended a fundraiser for Haiti today hosted by Mazon – an Jewish organization focused on ending hunger – and was struck by the diversity of people – from all religions and races – who had come together to help our fellow people.
While we live in a world that has much suffering, I am inspired to see that when given the opportunity to express what we really want – our deepest intentions – we seem to choose love, connection, peace, and humanity for ourselves and others. Its quite inspiring and hopeful actually.
We are nearing the end of our first 30 days of intent experiment, and I for one have found it powerful to live each day with conscious intention. Sometimes it has been my own intent, but most days frankly, reading the collective intentions has provided me with hope and inspiration. To keep up the momentum, we have started the Intent of the Day newsletter – see box in the side bar – to share inspiring intents with the community, garner support and remind people to post their daily intent on an ongoing basis.
As always, we would love your ideas, feedback and generally your thoughts on how posting a daily intent may have affected your life.

I too, feel the same way as you: i am energized, inspired and hopeful…this tool, or program has united people and we have seen its power at work. As you mentioned, it works wonderfully on an individual level, by inspiring ourselves to have a clear, daily intention and the results are surprisingly beautiful!!! and likewise, by reading all of others intents, with heart, passion and unification within, these lifted the power of individuality to the level of unity conscioussness and interconnectedness….what a great gift !!!!!! My primary purpose is to connect with mySelf Mallika, and i guess i can feel a little inadequate from time to time that i am not out there being more active, doing more to help others. i believe in Me, and i believe in this spirit, this soul's ability to help others.
I cry sometimes.
All i ever want to do, is to know mySelf, to experience mySelf, to express mySelf.
I believe in so doing i will help the world.
It truly shows when it comes down to it, we all are the same and want the same things in life. Thank you everyone for sharing your intentions!

I belive there is a huge loning and urge for peaople all aroun the world to be able to chanel all the qualiteis of our souls that we wanna share and give to the world, but it is actuallay not that easy to find besides from in your close commucnity or network or in giving money to projects in other places in the world. These are great things but we know the world is bigger then our closest network, and the personal connection is often lost in the giving to others with chairity… but Intent.com fills a gap of giving unconditionally to peaople who you dont know, and connecting with compassion and love… In the end, giving and sharing is one of the most powerful ways to happiness… So Thank you for providing the tools for the world to give!

Yes! I love reading these comments. Today i am back trusting my soul and the path i have chosen. Yes it can seem like i am doing nothing for the world, at times, when i compare myself to the acts that you have acomplished mallika. But comparison is unnecessary.
What really matters is how much love i am feeling, experiencing and expressing, believing. Today i believe in love again. How could i have forgotten? I give thanks to Jah/God/ Bliss/ Love for showing me again, that Love is all around me, and that Love is all i really need.
I'm a bit sorry for making these coments about me Mallika, but that's where i need to begin.

Encouragement to clarify and express Intent is Heavenly! The first step to manifesting is deciding what you want. Congregating online with people who "get it" is Heavenly too! Sometimes finding like minded people can feel like looking for a needle in a haystack. Being supported and supporting others may be the most Heavenly aspect of all! I am most Grateful!!!
