Question:
How does one know when they have truly discovered themselves; the person they were created to become, when our beliefs become our own, not what others have influenced us to think? What is the path to this elusive freedom of thought?
Answer:
The path to freedom is self-realization. Knowing your essential nature means you become free from the binding influence of identification with the objects of perception. You now know you are not your perceptions, your body, your thoughts or your feelings. You are unlimited, non-local pure awareness. When consciousness fully knows itself, it is self-evident—you will know it when it happens.

Deepak

Namasta Deepak Chopra,
How does Primordial Sound Meditation help us along this path?
Namaste,
Samantha Barton
Just listen to the beautiful sound of everything around
And become aware of the silence in it!
And i thing it happens when we do nothing, any effort can take us far away….
I think that we don't ever finish discovering ourselves or becoming the person we were created to be. Those things are never in the past tense. I think we are always discovering, always becoming. We're constantly changing, growing, aging, being created. When we think we have accomplished these things, and they are done, checked off the list, that is when we limit ourselves. Peace!
