Letting Go Into the New Year

What do you want in the new year?
What will you need to make that happen?
Where do we get what we need?

There is a lot of pressure to be ready for the new year, to go in full steam, fully prepared. Knowing what you need and where you want to go does require some real intentionality, but it can be just as important to go into the new year having let some things go.
Rather than fill your hands with more, perhaps this is a year to mindfully release some of what you’ve been carrying:
Old habits.
Old relationships.
Old beliefs.
Old lies.
Old self images.
Old expectations.
The list is limitless and it can weigh tons.
What if this year we agree to worry less about what we are lacking and instead focus on entering 2016 with only what we want and need?
Notice what you’re holding.
Be intentional about letting go.
The future is bright!
