THE RETURNING HOME TECHNIQUE
Every time we deal with recalling some important events of our past lives, there is one that has made in us great impact in us. I am referring to the event when we had, for what ever reason to be away from for a long time and suddenly the unexpected golden opportunity of returning home arrived. How excited we were because of this excellent news. We could remember vividly our spouse and children, in case we were married or our parents and siblings when we were single.
Our smelling sense has always been an excellent attribute to recall these wonderful experiences. We stared remembering these very peculiar smells, fragrances and odors from home and its surroundings, then our visual memory came to the rescue recalling the sunrises and sunsets immediately our hearing memory played its role by bringing to mind all these special sounds; the voices and shouts from our family. All our domestic animals and all the animals we used to hunt for food. At those past times returning home took many months, months on which we could remember many things. Night time was the best specially looking up at a full moon. So, we had a lot of time to accomplish this, well I wish to use this example to help you recalling your own past. You will also have a full year to little by little use your mind and all your mental attributes together with your emotions to achieve this. Here again, I must use the wonderful experiences had by most of my students. We stared using the number thirteen from the XIII century to step by step be playing and enjoying this adventure. So, in every two hour class we tried thirteen objects; for example thirteen famous temples from the XIII century specifically the year 1,222.
