We love to freeze away lots of fruits: grapes, lemons, oranges, bananas, pineapples, peaches, mangoes, all kinds of berries, all the exotic fruitstuffs that made Florentine gelato famous, etc.. Ingredients added to the blend are non-dairy: simple home spun almond milk plus honey or agave nectar! We use an electric ice cream maker for this and it is so easy! This is ideal for weightwatchers as it is a fiber rich and nutritious treat. Spices can be magical, like lavender, cardomum, black pepper, cayenne, chile, curry, etc. you name it! Experiment to taste!
No vice to indulge in! Absolutely indulgent!

Therre you go, being amazing again. My dream just expanded to include home made ice cream of pineapple, cardomom and chili.That sounds so good I may wake up twice today.
