    My energy levels have not been what I'd like recently. I'm eager to find out more about enzymes and phytonutrients — if they can help me feel more energetic, I'm all about incorporating them into my diet!

    It sounds like your familiar with Dr. Fuhrman's Eat To Live diet that teaches how to get the maximum micro nutrients from the macro calorie. I am sure your familiar with Dr. Campbell the author of The China Study. Right now there is a petition going around to support Dr. Campbell's right to teach
