Light and Darkness

Light and Darkness

are the Same.

Different sides of the same coin.

One to comfort and uplift.

One to teach.

Spirit split into two Realities

for our visit here.

Infinitely funny!!

A joke at best–

the humor warms me as I look at the world

through a veil of tears.

Pain is everywhere

because we have forgotten–

we are here to Love.

When we Remember,

there is JOY!

Giving and Receiving,

receiving and giving.

Breathing in and breathing out

Love. . . and the Gifts of the Universe.

A gracious place to play–

with Me, with You.

So gloriously simple

It Is to Be–

when we are our Selves

Loving our selves.

Loving is the most important thing.

"Love me."

I say.

"Love Me,"

says Spirit. . .

A Sound resounding across the Universes,

Remembering me to my Self.

"Loving Me,

loving you,

sets the Stage for everything else,”

says Spirit.

Unison,

Wholeness.

 Wellness.

Everyone and

Everything is but a reflection–

of me,

and Me,

Many faces not yet acknowledged or known.

But Loving Me is first.

Loving you is part of that.

Loving everyone and

everything else derives from that.

"Thank you," I say,

"for reminding me to love myself

and others,

through Loving You

and then letting you love me

first.

And then them."

I forgive myself for forgetting.

I cry.

I accept and forgive myself again. I cry.

Tears of laughter bubble up from Pain– as I remember again–

I forgot I am Divine.

From my smallest to my Greatest Self,

from my most unhealed place to the place in me that Heals us all.

I am okay as I am.

I am lovable. I am loved.

And we are One.

About Feyangel

Virginia grew up in central PA and spent a lot of time watching the grass grow and reading voraciously.  As a child and adolescent she dreamed of becoming a doctor or a writer.  However, life took Virginia in a different direction and after spending her early twenties immersed in Art, Poetry/Creative Writing and the Rock scene around New Jersey, she moved to Colorado and fell into a career in Alternative Healing/ Energy Work, and Counseling.  She got her MA in the Psychology of Women from Regis University in Denver, CO, and her MT in Theology from PTS in CA.  She became a successful personal counselor, professional coach and business consultant for 20 years.  Then a consulting position led her to assist in the start-up of a small real estate and mortgage company in 1995.  She liked the business so much she got trained and credentialed in those industries and has worked happily in them ever since . . . though after raising four smart, beautiful daughters, Virginia made her way back into coaching and consulting.  She also writes, travels, dances, paints, surfs a bit  and is learning to play the guitar.  So many adventures to participate in!
