Love = I AM

During these challenging times of confusion and change, chattering-minds fill the molecules of air-space…The good news, we can neutralize the affects. Often chattering voices are in our heads, mom’s, dad’s, your boss’, collective beliefs that aren’t your truth.

It is time to be still….wait for clarity ,sense that all we are about to do is flowing. Now what?

Simply, breathe in a light space, let all the clutter in you mind’s eye, quiet… Sense the molecules floating, shifting into rays of light, permeating…
This is the safe haven, where you can Stand In LOVE…embrace every molecule, feel you body from head to toe saturating with his tingling  upliftment.

When we learn to stand in Love…our life will shift, our outer world will feel brighter, our connections with others will be enlivened and decisions will come more easily.

Goals, work and their manifestation exceeds our wildest dreams. We will appreciate all we have, and not live in what we don’t have. We will be Standing in LOVE’s presence….LOVE = I AM

    how about letting the frenetic tensions and discordances of the day coalesce into an emotion!- and then letting the emotion bubble to the surface for a good shout and then a deep cry- which leads us to a time long ago when our parents failed to breathe harmony into our virgin hearts and psyches!- and when we emerge we feel like the love children that were so needy long ago!- I AM- I NEED YOU- I HAVE GRIEVED YOUR FAILURES MOMMY AND DADDY- I STILL LOVE YOU!- I LOVE EVERYONE- and then after a few hundred or thousand of those no one will be needed to teach us how to love- (as if you could be taught anything let alone love)

    So true Roe, no one can teach us…we can learn to grow into our skin by 'Being still and knowing we are God, the eternal presence, ever there.
