Wonderful post Mark! I have been working on going meat free for some time-my only obstacle is that I don't know how to cook! I have never been blessed with the cooking gene-and creating healing, delicious foods is discouraging! I am an alternative health practitioner, and believe food is the key to a healing lifestyle! Any thoughts on, not only a beginner, but a non-cook? I noticed you have books!
Hi Lynn,
Thanks for your post. I would recommend checking out our e-book, available at http://www.7minutechef.com
It is a great introduction to the very basics. From there, Vegan Fusion World Cuisine, should set up for years to come with ideas, recipes, tips and tricks. If you are wishing to learn about raw foods, then go with the Idiots Guide to Eating Raw.
Feel free to email me with any questions along the way.
Thanks!
Mark
