Roger Gabriel became a teacher of meditation in the early 1970's. He has brought the knowledge and experience of meditation and Ayurveda to thousands of people on all continents of the world. He has also trained hundreds of meditation teachers.

    I don't mean to offend anyone, but must confess that meditation is something I have always been biased against. I think that even if it helps anyhow, people are not able to totally penetrate this. It's so difficult that we may only pretend to have made our cup full to overflow. It's a cheat. I watched and even downloaded the video meditation from torrent search http://www.torrentbasket.com and remained rather confused…

    You can achieve a better state of meditation through brain entrainment as I have found a free demo from centerpointe research and even a youtube video as this is holosync… http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fmwkv6znFJo also this one as well… http://holothink.com/my-demo.html use headphones on both…I do not subscribe to something unless they are offering this for free… you must be willing to surrender to relaxing and maintaining calm and stillness in your life but that is a personal choice…I hope this works for you….enjoy as well(+)
