Mind Mastery

Question:

How do I dismiss, then delete thoughts from my mind that I know are not my own? How do I master my mind?

Answer:

To master the mind, you must go beyond the mind where you experience your core self without limitations, conditioning, thoughts or feelings.  That is your Atman, or higher self.  Through silent meditation that value of the  true self replaces your ego self that is based on the mind, the body and your beliefs. When your real self awakens, it naturally and easily organizes all the areas of your mind. So the mastery of the mind is automatic and effortless, which is a good thing since there is no way to master the mind by using another part of the mind.

mastery over mind,, is like mastery over a bird,

you can imprison the bird, train the bird, command the bird,,,

but to master the bird you have to interact with bird being the bird.

You "HAVE TO BE" in thoughts what you "WANT TO BE" in reality.

Mastery over mind leads to mastery over body and ultimately mastery over "you". People are so much the slaves of other peoples thoughts that very few exists as masters of their own.

To master ur mind,, one must start with mastery of thoughts and ultimately his ACTIONs.

to master it it you have to give up trying to master it and, like Mr. Dee says, let your Atman take care of things. i found through almost a decade now of meditation practice, that now i don't have to pay the slightest attention to my thoughts for everything to run smoothly. it's almost as if the thoughts aren't there, but i know they are because I knows they are and is running the show so i can be a successful vessel instead of an unsuccessful vassal.

The Horizon does not need to be just another place, another concept or another slant on why I am still lost.

    Get lost in the Horizon…

God Realization is the only true search in life… yet the harder you search for it the faster it will slip through your grasp like a fish in the river… the tighter you grip the slippery it becomes.

What is the ideal platform for God Realization?

    You already are it…

The physical mind is an everlasting wall between yourself and God… there are no methods to climb over it or go round it… eventually the wall will vanish when one realizes that the wall is in fact a path disguised as a wall..

The platform to realize God is right here… You were born into it the same way that you were unborn to it. The world is irrelevant to the platform it just another angle of looking at it. God realization is not bounded… it can be in the next Horizon or you can be standing on top of it. All of the time you are always the limitless potential to realize the God…. that is the platform… your mind may make the platform seem long or impossible but in reality you are always in the best possible place to realize God.

    Love
