A MORNING PRAYER

I say this prayer each morning. Perhaps you would like to say it, or create one of your own and share it with us in a comment.

MORNING PRAYER

Great and Infinite Spirit,

I thank you for the night that I have slept through and I thank you for the day ahead of me.

Thank you for all of my loved ones and for the communications from my loved ones who have passed into eternal life.

Bring blessings to all on our planet and blessings to our universe.  Help us to learn to take care of each other and our planet.

WOULD YOU BE WILLING TO SHARE A MORNING PRAYER WITH US?

    morning prayer/evening prayer

    Dear God,

Please come into my heart and help me to make the world a better place.

    enter my heart and

    Stay

    Show me

    Love

Let me know that through sadness I will discover how beautiful

    Joy

    is.

If my heart gets hurt by someone else's words or Actions, please show me

    how to Forgive.

If i forget, remind me that You are in

    Every-One.

    Let me know

    Happiness.

    and while i sleep

    show

    me

    my

    Dreams.

Let me travel in the night with–You

    to a far away Place

    Where there is only good

    Where there is only Light.

And before morning, be sure to show me my way…

    back

    Home.

    Where, when I awake

    My day shall begin

    with a Dream

    that began

    with…You.

    Dear Carole:

What a beautiful morning prayer. The prayer of ltlwareer is one of beauty also. Both of your prayers call me to live gratefully. Thank you for inviting us to share a prayer with you.

My morning and evening prayer is simply: “I am yours.”

    Love, Greg
