I take on the baton and will continue blogging about the cleanse tomorrow! I am so proud, Sal, that you got through this far, and next time, I will do it again with you.

For now, focus on your family, and eat good, warm, comforting food.

Yea hopefully you can do the full clense next time…so far many of your experiences remind me of my three weeks raw….by 70% at least…but I guess had the same thing happened during my journey I would have had to stop too…food can definitely be warming and comforting and I guess is why sometimes we go into a rut with it and abuse ourselves with it when we have emotional stuff…but if used in balance Im sure it can be healing, warming and soothing…so hope the food does that for you and hope your family stuff works out as it should…take care on your journey with that and yea hope that you can do a full cleanse again sometime soon and let us now how it goes again! Again I wish you all the best on that unexpected bend in the road you are about to depart on in this journey of life….

Dear Sal…I applaud your honesty and your willingness to share this with all of us. Be well in this time of challenge. AND, congratulations! Four days is more than I've done and you've been an inspiration. I look forward to hearing of Mallika's cleanse experience and I wish you comfort and peace in the days ahead.

Congrats Sal! That is a nice amount of time, and your body is obviously already reaping the benefits. Wishing you balance and perspective with your family. Sounds like you optimized your body just in time.
