When we have experienced happiness we don’t only wish to keep it for ever in our hearts, but we wish to increase its always rewarding feeling. So, what should we do to succeed in being happier every day?
First of all, a basic action is mandatory. Our vibrant loving heart has to go through a series of psychic experiences so it can become a true lovable heart. In order to accomplish this supreme task we must change the way we see other human beings.
We must keep in mind that in spite of all the great efforts done by us, our immediate human beings; spouse, children, relatives and friends won’t notice our change for the better. It doesn’t really matter. Why? It is a fact that, eventually people will appreciate our great change.
The motivating good news is that according to an unchangeable wise cosmic law in our immense spiritual kingdom our actions are constantly observed by superior spiritual beings. Their mission is to encourage us in our daily efforts. How is this carried out? By whispering in our inner ears, yes we do have inner ears, always suggesting never commanding us to really feel the world’s suffering. These experiences are necessary to posses an opened and understanding heart. We must be in the shoes of these people even for short periods of time not to pity them, but to find practical solutions to help them. They really are of brothers and sisters!
Yes, you have guessed right. Our sensitiveness has to be greatly increased, not only to feel the world’s suffering, but to feel all the cosmic blessings! We will indeed be happier than the rest of humanity.
When we posses a spiritual gift our responsibility also increases. This aspect is what keeps many people not being involved in anything constructive. We have to become embodied in perpetual light, life, harmony and love.
By doing the above explained we will surely become God’s reliable channels of His Huge Love. And not only people, but animals and plants will be positively affected by our always very intense auric influence.
So, let’s change our current perspective about how we look at other human beings, well, I should have saidhow we look at other soul personalities. Here lies the big secret!
Every time we look at another person keep in mind that we’re looking beyond the outer core of their physical features. I strongly suggest you to do your best to follow this vey simple exercise for a whole week. You will be amazed by its very motive results! Remember very time you make an eye contact think that you are travelling through the windows of the soul until you reach the inner cosmic core, the always and unique beautiful soul personality.

What an incredible feeling this is. Very strong sensations at the crown chakra and a sensation of lifting upward, being just slightly above my body. And also a very strong energy (not tingling just solid) – uninterrupted energy around my entire body – every part – head to toe. And I still feel exactly that way right now, after 10 minutes. Wow!

Thanks for that exchange Stephanie and Ezequiel. Beautiful words both of you and right to the core. I think that for a long time, those of us on a spiritual path have been mostly aware of our own development, not realizing that the development is for a larger reason. As we go through the heart opening, it's purpose is to connect us with all beings so that we may take those actions and change our lives to include others on all levels. Everything we do impacts another being somehow. This is what changing consciousness is all about. And love is the glue. And it's also the thing that keeps us going when we get stuck and when we truly don't know…it's the bridge that takes us to the next piece of work. But, what we forget is that we have to work at it, direct our consciousness to love, make the choice to love. We get given this gift and a lot of times we don't realize what a gift it is.
