I really have a desire to lend support to those who are going through depression. Having gone through a major depressive episode myself and come out alive the other side makes me empathetic and not just a sympathetic towards those who might feel like they’re wading through the mud of life. This might sound really strange but I thank God that I have gone through this experience because I learnt so many life lessons. Life isn’t all easy and plain sailing, it’s not meant to be. It’s about balance. When you’re in depression you know that you’re not in a balanced state and you seem helpless to get yourself out of it. So hereI am, willing to pass on kindness and support to those of you who might be in that really lonely place. You will come out of it, it will pass just hang in there. Ask God to show you what you can learn through this. Out of every "bad" situation or circumstance God can use it to bring about good. I pass onto you my support in the spirit and gentle love.
