I'm an Intent team member living in Santa Fe with my wife , son and two Great Pyrenees doggies. As a meditation teacher for 30 plus years, I have an all-consuming passion for how the transformation of consciousness will remake our world, our politics, our bodies, and our relationships. I am especially a student of the ancient technologies of consciousness such as mantras, yantras, rituals, cognitive shifts, and the heart centered methods of gratitude, forgiveness and compassion. I believe as we metamorphosize from our caterpillar selves to our butterfly selves, we powerfully contribute to the transformation of the world around us.
