The Positive Possibilities

Possitive possibilities, well, I would say that positive possibilities is a state which allows us to experience I am. To be in a state of Positive Possibilities is to choose to be what flows from I am and just witness the resistance. It could be said that the state of being in the Positive Possibilities is like tuning our radio in the right frequency to be able to listen to the music that comes from our favorite radio station. When we are rightly tuned, we are able to listen to the music clearly, as the radio receptor is able to perfectly resonate with the waves coming from our station. But if the tuning is out of place, a lot of interference is transduced, thus not allowing us to hear the music clearly or even at all, anymore. Hence, the Positive Possibilies is simply the tuning that we do within ourselves to be able to allow the music to be listened.

Well put! I want to keep my radio stationed tuned to clarity and expansiveness. :)

Positive Possibilities

Positive Possibilities

What are the Positive Possibilities? I think of them as an expansive perception of reality that I have only begun to grasp as I move forward in my own evolution.
If you’ve been to Parvati’s show Yoga in the Nightclub, you will recall that she states there are two forms of conciousness: impossibilities, and positive possibilities. Impossibilities are fear, constriction, disconnect; positive possibilities is the knowing that we are all infinitely loved and interconnected.

In my own understanding, I think of impossibilities as that which is unreal and non-resonant with my highest truth or my true Nature. Ultimately, any feeling of constriction, limitation, unlovedness, loneliness, fear, anxiety, disconnect, incapability, is impossibility. It is impossibility, because we ARE loved. We ARE love! We are expansive, interconnected beings whose birthright it is to come into a grounded state of joy, abundance, vitality and freedom. When I am aligned in the positive possibilities, I know this to be true. When I am believing impossibilities (what Byron Katie might call "arguing with reality"), I forget the true potential of this lifetime and I experience totally unnecessary suffering.

I also see the idea of impossibilities and positive possibilities as consistent with the Vedic chant "om asatoma satgamaya" (Lead us from untruth, or what is unreal, to truth, or that which is real).
One of the things I appreciate so much about Parvati is her commitment to what is true and real, and her keen vision. She can see in me, even before I begin to witness it for myself, that I may be shifting into an impossibilities pattern, and she will say "Don’t go there. You don’t need to go there." Because she’s right. I don’t. There is no need for any of us to do such numbers on ourselves by believing, or co-creating with, impossibilities. We can see it, and say, "This is pretty constricted and heavy. No thanks! I’m going to go for the feeling of expansion. That’s way more fun! I am open, ready and willing to be completely restructured around the positive possibilities of being me!"
