Practical tips on what to do when we feel hurt by ‘somebody’

 Increase our mental and physical capability.

Become more intelligent than that ‘somebody’.

Become more physically strong than that ‘somebody’.

Live longer than that ‘somebody’.

These can be achieved by:

eating quality food,

doing exercise,

following fitness regime,

doing asana, pranayam, meditation (Yoga),

working to improve ourselves, by working on our hobbies,

improving our skill sets.

    Dear Raj,

    You are wonderful the way you are, if you are improving yourself, do it for you.

    I believe that you can do it without being hurt. Nobody could hurt you if your self esteem is already in this place you are talking about.

    Why should we be better than "somebody' just by the fact, that "somebody" hurt us. Our potential has no limits. I know our thermometer of emotions sometimes is out of hand and the pain is not so easily withdrawn.
