Precognition and Craziness

Question:

I have had many surgeries but always knew that I was going to have them. I would dream that something was wrong and with my body and it would happen. Why does this happen? I am 37, years old and I need to start working and finish school but somehow I do not think like most people. When I go out into the world I feel people’s energy. I am exhausted at the end of the day. I have always known what was wrong with my animals before the doctor. But people always think I am crazy. I am starting to think I am crazy.

Answer:

You need to accept that you have a different level of sensitivity than most people. That doesn’t make you crazy, nor does it make you superior.  You seem frustrated that your intuition isn’t valued by others.  Don’t worry about it, it doesn’t have to be.

Having come to terms with your uniqueness, you need to find a way to be who you are in the world without getting exhausted by the environments you are in.  Being a victim of your sensitivity is not much of a gift. Work on developing a firm sense of your boundaries so that you have a clear distinction between your feelings and the feelings of others.  Also, you probably need to develop some skills to clear and release the fatigue and exhaustion you accumulate during the day. There are many simple visualizations and breathing practices you can learn to help you do this.

Love,

Deepak

Why do we test ourselves so?

    Hi,

I also have a different way of sensing things and also felt like a cast out. I even became alcoholic to stay away of what I was experiencing. Its a gift. It scares us because we don't know why we see, feel, hear what we do. It's our darma. The first thing to do is to observe what you see, feel, anticipate. Then note on a pad. Observe nature around you, observe everything that attracts your attention. Do not be afraid, because there is no reason to be afraid of being who you are. Meditation and prayer are of great help. If all these thing are happening to you, it is for a higher purpose. You have something to do to help others. Do not run away from yourself, like I did, , be thank full for what you have, ask inside yourself "who" is your helper, and answers will flow. I could see and feel ghosts. It scared me more that you can imagine. The answer was love. Even if something scares you, open your heart to love and compassion and the rest will flow. What you don't like is your biggest strength , it's your darma. Go with the flow, observe, be grateful for all you are going to learn and be happy to be yourself. Crazy? We are all crazy, or no one is, we are just unique and different, each one of us is unique and different. We become out standing because it's not usual in our countries. In other countries it's very common. But if we are in the country we are in, it is a choice, so be happy and just move ahead , observe, note everything that you feel, and you will see the mystery unfold. Be good to yourself and be patient. It takes time and doesn't just kick in. It takes exactly the time you need to encompass your gift. Namasté
