Great post!!! I just happen to know a thing or two about some of the injustices of our society :>). In this country we are reminded on a daily basis that being different is not only frowned upon — it opens the door to fear, contempt and judgment.
I, too, will be voting "NO" on Proposition 8 on November 4th!
Renee, thanks for sharing this. It's 'an experience' to encounter views so different that ours, especially when the come from our own family members.
