Thanks, Deepak, for taking the time to vlog about this invisible means everyone can use to reinvent the body.
I'm experiencing daily how time can be "stretched" by being more effective. Time is like water and runs between your fingers if you don't put it in "buckets" from which you sip minute for minute and savor it with targeted intent – T.I.M.E. – targeted intent moves energy.
Looking forward to watching more of your vlogs and reading your new book.
Enjoy a sparkling day!
Lydia
So, that is one of your secrets to look every day more and more younger?
I really love your books. Always an inspiration. And I appreciate that you shared with us. Thank you.

Deepak, this was a wonderful piece. I imagine what the book will be!
With such an intelligent title.
Thanks for generously sharing knowledge.

hi, Deepak, I like your calm voice, I think I was listening to the sound of your voice rather than what you were saying, because somehow it works for me better. But anyway, I just wanted to say hi, and mention my body (or anybody's body for that matter), it's like a little planet or some mini galaxy kind of thing, because there are like billions cells in every organ and they are all little beings, who live in a community, so basically my body is not really mine, and I kind of depend on those little cells to work well for a certain duration of time (although I don't really want to be too old, I don't want to go too early either). So my body is a community, I remember that often. Science now knows (and it was known before science) that those atom things and quark guys are not anything solid, basically some wave, or something in nothing, in other words it's empty, so what is really 'solid' is mind. When I know that, my cells know that (or at least I hope they do). By letting them (billions of my tiny friends) know about the centre of my mind, I make them one with me, so it is like they go into this awareness of timeless, in this way they get the direction in their existence, like to work properly and stuff, but it is like the vibration of the string (sort of), the waves subside and stop, so is the waves of material substance, but since the cells become one with me and my mind (or my ego thing and the true self – the fundamental source within me) they become timeless.
I think I forgot what I was trying to say to you, but it was nice talking to you.
Hello Deepak, Since last July 09 I have been implementing the practice of Sahaja Yoga prior to meditating. I'm experiencing remarkable healing with the Sahaja.
I have 2 questions –
1. What do you think of Sahaja? (www.sahajayoga.org) and
2. I remember reading something you've written previously that details the length of time that it takes the body to replace various organs and systems. Will you tell me which book that is in? Really appreciate all the wisdom and generosity of your books, lectures, videos etc…..
Warm regards,
Linda
Thank you Deepak for the interesting video blog!!!
Isn't it fascinating to imagine that it is possible to consciously speed up our evolution so that the soul begins to reincarnate in the living body…
Kabbalists describe how time stretches out as they go through hundreds of changes per minute…
awesome idea.
You speak of the soul as if its existence is more than wishful thinking. When will you learn? But I suppose having such a positive message sells a lot of books, even if it is just wishful thinking.
With this piece, as with so many others, you cant seem to grasp that your perception is not reality. Time does not "drag" or "speed up" just because you feel bored or are rushed. That is your perception of time, nothing more. This overestimation of the importance of your perception/consciousness comes from your ego.

Judging from the comments one must be careful not to miss speak ( ha ha meaning u the famous one) . for me I have long studied science (best my mind will let me ). I have always wondered. if you caught a beam of light from space and it projected images of people say tonight in time square, but it took that beam of light to reach u say a 1000 years would the light of the image be of people alive or dead now almost 900 years depending on the age of the person at the time? Does it matter?
What is important is that we are those light waves so every action we take is measured and written in time. As far as I know though you can not go and measure thought we will only see action or what is spoken, much like being alive. So thought is timeless it can not be bound, but thought comes from a body which is both mater and no non matter.
So it is important to mark your movements in time with care, as you are leaving your mark on the universe with everyhthing u do, I do, all of us do.
I enjoy listening to you, please let me know when the woo woo poo poo debates begin, I would like to watch.
Once I figured out that I was an eternal being made up of spirit and body, I found it easier to live my life. Yet I have much to learn, looking forward to these Vlogs as they are called, the connected world is a wonderful place.
Have a wonderful new year,new decade,new is wonderful…and are u woo woo or poo poo?..regardless u r blessed…don't forget to laugh today….@grannypig (twitter)

I like your comment, onemind.
I think it was just reading the flow of Mind , which you so for get fully portrayed
I know the feeling
brilliant> so now i can arrest the formation of laughter lines, wrinkles. i am timeless. repeat it slowly.
this was good. my eyes are wide open now. Would love to watch more of your Vlogs.
I'm aware of the veracity of some of the points regarding physics about time and space, the observer phenomenon, and traveling at light speed and its effects. How that pertains to individual consciousness and its potential survival after death–I don't think I get that connection. But then again, put a physics equation in front of me and I'd have an easier time deciphering cuneiform. I'm not one of the handful of people in the world who truly understand quantum theory.
I think it has something to do with experiencing the so-called "gap" or in Taoist terms "thoughts of no thoughts" during deep meditation. When one is not even aware of one's breathing, of one's ego, of time and space. I have been puzzled by this phenomenon, as to whether it is something of a spiritual nature or a function of the brain–a hormone perhaps-which we don't yet understand. One hopes the vast majority of the brain that is a puzzle has a greater use than taking up space and preventing our skulls from caving in. I don't see how experiencing that phenomenon transfers to slowing up one's aging.
That being said, I do know this: Taoist masters I've known–who spend most of their lives practicing meditation in its various aspects–typically look 15 to 20 years younger than physical age (yes, I know time is not really linear; but here on earth we do need a system of weights and measures to conduct life). It's really amazing. In their paradigm, building up one's energy through meditative exercises retards aging. It's not about realizing one is timeless and having it magically slow down one's aging. It's a lifetime of hard work. There is something to it. I met the grandmaster of the organization to which I belong–guy from Taiwan. He's 85 and looks in his late sixties. I shook his hand; it felt like an iron file. I had a hell of a time keeping up with him while we walked. I've met five or six guys who are like this.
But I think there is somewhat of a danger in bending physics to bolster one's spiritual paradigm.
Thanks Deepak for the perspective on time. I have a little mantra: "Let time serve me with spaciousness, coherence and purposefulness." I like the idea of time "serving" me! Thanks again Deepak. Your commitment to communicating to the masses is amazing. Love, Bo
