Remembrance… (A Poem for Troubled Times)

Intent Friends,

This is a slight departure from my typical post. However, from time to time I need to write less about art and actually create.

This poem, remembrance, was inspired upon receiving an email from a friend who wrote: "i have fallen away from much of my routine and i feel a bit out of sorts. but that is neither here nor there for i must just allow for the new riches to come through and create a new shape for my existence."

I was struck by the depth of wisdom in these words.

Given the climate of our times, it is good to be reminded that we entered into this space/time continuum to experience ALL of it.

My friends, a calmer ‘now’ is waiting for us. In the meantime, I have written something in honor of the ‘now’ we are currently experiencing…

Be well,

Manny
