The secret is the 4-point inwardly directed to the core resistance, that constantly places resistance on your arms too.
CORE TRANSFORMER™ V Body Lateral Deltoid Raises
1. Standing with feet slightly wider than hip width apart keeping my Crunchless Abs Set-Up hold 3-5 pound dumbbells. Pull and KEEP your shoulders down. Inhale into squat bringing arms down with elbows into body and hands slightly externally rotated outward.
2. Exhale into standing position reaching hands upward and outward, while keeping soft knees. Think about trying to widen the space between your shoulder blades.
*Remember to always pull and keep your shoulders down. Otherwise, this move will become another sad, sad neck strain exercise.
