I’m excited to be joining the Intent.com community!

My expertise is in helping people understand and use their bodies in ways that help them end pain, easily handle massive amounts of stress and live with a vitality, passion and purpose that inspires positive change in the world.

I’ve worked on thousands of people from all over the globe (50 plus countries) and I’ve seen my share of spinal conditions and amazing life transformations!  Whether you have a disc injury, radiating pain or chronic muscle spasm..it is absolutely possible to improve your situation and free up your mind and body!

Sometimes you’ll need help from an expert practitioner.  Sometimes you won’t.  If you do, who should you go to?  Who should you trust?  Who’s the best fit for you?

My blog will de-bunk many of the myths about the origins of back-pain, as well as provide cutting edge solutions for sustaining a healthy and pain-free spine and nervous system.

I look forward to sharing some of the most cutting-edge approaches (that are surprisingly simple!) with you in the coming months.   We’ll start this week with the origins of back pain beginning to be de-bunked.
