What is your intent as a blogger on Intentblog?
Initially, I became a fan and “liked” intent’s Facebook page before I was a blogger. I was attracted to the authenticity and inspiring message to take responsibility for your actions and create your best life. The content is very uplifting and that aligns with my message. My intent is to help people shift their mindset to believe in themselves, create the life they want, and enjoy more top 1% (aka fulfilling and meaningful) moments.
How long have you been writing for Intentblog, and what topics do you like to write about?
I am honored to be a part of the Intentblog team and joined earlier this year. My main focus is sharing the mindset, process, and rituals that help people define personal success, gain clarity, and go after what they want in life (aka Living in YOUR Top 1%).
I love being inspired and find inspiration in many things including nature, books, quotes, and people. My job as a Business/Life Coach is to study human behavior so I love when people redefine what’s possible for themselves and step outside their comfort zone to move to their next level. This could include Anthony Robles from Arizona State University who won the NCAA wrestling championships even though he only has one leg to Oprah Winfrey who changes courses after 25 years of having the #1 show to start her OWN network. There’s inspiration to found everyday.
If you had a stadium full of a million people and had the opportunity to teach one thing, what would you teach?
I am a big believer that any change or shift happens when we focus on ourself. The first ritual I share in my book, Living in Your Top 1%, is to “BE THE CEO OF YOU INC.” Everything changes when we step into the CEO role for our life. This includes owning our choices, beliefs, actions, and results. Life is a series of choices. Once we decide that we are in the driver’s seat there is a feeling of empowerment and possibility.
