About PJA64X

Welcome! I am Philip Arnold and I blog as PJA64X.

Born in 1948 in Pakistan, I have been resident in the United Kingdom since 1964. Most of my adult life has been spent investigating the nature of being and living, and giving life to my findings.

My philosophy is simple: I am spirit and spirit is me. You are also spirit, but perhaps you don't quite realize this.

My aim since 1970 or so has been to just let my spiritual potential flow - in all that occupies me. It can be interaction with other people, or creating a blog post, or reading a book, or walking in the park...or whatever. The opportunity to think, feel and act from one's inner being, the spiritual within, is constantly available.

I have many interests, activities, causes to support and desires to fulfill, and my spiritual progress helps me enjoy my life to the full.

My posts appear on several sites. But my main site is:

There is no excuse for abuse. I love that quote. Parents need to teach their children that there is no excuse for abuse at a very young age and that acting like a defiant or out of control child is not the way to get what you want. So many kids now a days use their behavior to control other people, especially their parents.

I agree that there is no excuse for this. Women deserve to be treated as equals and with the upmost respect. Without women where would we all we today? Health Insurance

Very interesting publication here about the stop violence against women. Many people support such protests so do I. I have heard that such star like Asa Akira has created the club against violence ( but I do not know if this information is the true). Anyway this article is really informative and I am so glad that I have found it. Thanks.

I love this event. If you're a single male, you should check this out next year…Absolutely tons of women looking to have a good time.Nice to see the perspective of the event has evolved from its distinctly "anti-male" tone of about 15-20 years ago. Back then fraternities were distinctly NOT welcome to be recados para orkut
