We’re all very interested in things that will make us go faster, stronger, longer. We want to work harder, make more, go a little further and there is greatness that can come from endurance, but we also weren’t made to be machines. Even machinery needs rest and recovery. So do we. Before we run ourselves into the ground, we intend to take a nap.
