Intent of the Day: Make A Plan

It’s already happening. The calendar is filling up and everyday is a day where we have the potential to be double and triple booked. If this year is anything like year, it means there’s a great chance we’ll end up under the weather, irritable and missing the things that matter most if we’re not careful. So what do we do? Our intent today is to make a plan. Instead of letting everyday attack us, we want to mindfully consider what is important, say no to the things that aren’t and make sure we’re not exhausted come January 1.

In a Rut? Five Steps to Get Unstuck

The days roll by and sometimes you might wonder, “What did I do today? Did I get any closer to my goals and dreams?” Life gets busy and you get focused on what has to be done, not what you want to do. Your goals could be anything from finally losing those last 5 pounds to changing your career or moving to a new location.

Maybe every January you make the resolution that “this year will be THE year” but then before you know it, December rolls around and you are making the same resolution for next year. For many people, the rut just gets bigger and the opportunity to escape it seems less and less likely.

There are many very legitimate reasons why people get stuck in a rut. Life really is demanding at times. There can be health issues, family issues, and financial concerns, and sometimes the focus has to be on the emergency at hand, not on the dreams to come. But no one wants to feel unfulfilled and as if life is one big unrealized dream. What can you do, even in the midst of your daily life, to get unstuck and start to take those steps forward to the long-held dream?

Here are the five key steps to getting unstuck and moving toward where you want to go: Continue reading

Plan your Time; Time your Plan

Plan your Time; Time your Plan

Plan refers to a methodology of working; a road map relating to accomplishment of various objectives associated with one’s agendas; assignments; duties; studies; employment and socializing apart from other spheres of related activities that this might respectively and respectfully pertain to accordingly

Time is what Life is made of; The preciousness of time is beyond compare

It cannot

Time cannot be purchased or bartered for or exchanged; Once time is gone, it takes along with it much more than time alone

One feels and experiences the goodness when the various aspects in Life are meticulously balanced; in their respective time spheres accordingly; When one is able to successfully achieve and accomplish what one planned to accomplish in the respective time frames that one has been assigned with

Please adopt a Time Management Schedule Please

Yes, please kindly adopt a time management schedule if possible please; it will be greatly appreciated please, thank you very much

When you perceive the results of the time management schedule, you will tell your Friends and they will be Inspired and wish to pursue the identical or similar methodology that caters to their respective objectives; to manage their time schedules more efficiently

This Way

This way, we could be reaching across with the similar inspiration to Millions of People, communicating a meaningfully simple message; Time Management Please

It does work

Time Management does work and when one experiences this; one feels great; at being in control of the time to a certain given extent; the extent that certainly counts and matters incredibly

Whereby one is constructively, meaningfully and purposefully allocating – allotting a certain given time schedule to each and every task; each and every agenda; each and every assignment; each and every objective; each and every responsibility – in their respective time spheres please

Time; Asset / The essence of Time

Time is considered amongst the very most precious of assets; Time once gone is never going to return back; no matter how much one may wish for it to return

Time & Life

Time is what Life is made of Respectively and Respectfully; How one spends one’s time has an incredible influence on one’s Life; and could also have an impact in many more areas and spheres of one’s Life and Lifetime than could every be imagined; the stages of Life that are further ahead do not tell and arrive since if one ignores the importance of time; then one is caught scrambling – rushing – hurrying frantically to catch up with the time that has been ignorantly; inadvertently or deliberately expended

Remember – Prioritization – Attentiveness / Awareness / Alertness

Kindly remember every aspect of Life is inter connected; one cannot simply ignore and avoid accountabilities and responsibilities related to Time –The Commitment to Time Management;

Every aspect of Life, whether it is while studying; working; playing; walking; crossing the road; driving; talking; typing; socializing; so on and so forth; absolutely each and every aspect is related to time management in one way or another; how attentive we are and will be; and how aware we are and will be; how efficient and responsible we are and will be along with a host of various other vital factors that correspond to the respective concerned matter pleases; it all depends upon each and every one of us please to seek to be conscious; to be aware and attentive regarding our time management schedules and commitments please

This life is very most extremely precious please and the time in this life is also very most extremely precious please; What we do with our time could create an incredible difference to ourselves and others; either now or later in Life please

Time – Investment / Time – Expenditure

It is amongst the greatest of investments we make at each and every step in life; Once we spend the time; depending on how it is spent; it has been spent, it cannot be recuperated and neither compensated in certain instances; Time is very much more expensive than any asset every known;

Indeed Time is very much more expensive than all the Wealth in the Universe, when perceived from numerous perspectives; In this context, all the Wealth in the Universe could never buy back the time that has gone by even although one could seek to recreate the moments but the experience and intrinsic value derived – obtained is never the same

Think Again Please – Please kindly Think Again; Plan your Time; Time your Plan

Once you are successful and happy; Once you are prosperous and enterprising; Once you are efficient and delighted; Once you are reaching milestone after milestones and always celebrating the time management schedules of time by being in command of your respective time schedules meaningfully – purposefully and responsibly; the Universe would very most happiest with your achievements and accomplishments; When the World is Happy, We are all Happy; In one another’s Happiness is our true Prosperity, Development and Greatest Happiness

So Much More; Plan your Time; Time your Plan

There is so much more and more relating to time management that we could have Millions of People expressing their views and experiences on how wonderful time management has been; how it has brought about and revolutionized their complete lives; Indeed time management is much more than just time management; it is virtually encompassing so much more of each and every sphere of life; each and every facet of life – that it is essential that it is understood for what it stands; for what it virtually represents and signifies please and then meaningfully; purposefully; respectively, respectfully and responsibly applied and implemented in the concerned spheres of life that this might relate to please (every step taken with due diligence; prudent acumen; accountability and complete responsibility please with adherence and compliance always and always to the Respective Laws and Regulations always; with no exceptions whatsoever)

May One and All be Blessed with a Vision of Good Health; Happiness; Prosperity, Progress and Wisdom always

Universal Appreciation; Happiness; Gratitude & Wisdom

May Universal Appreciation; Good Health & Wellness; Happiness; Consideration; Compassion; Respect; Peace; Love; Cooperation; Inspiration; Gratitude; Economic Development, Stability; Prosperity, Progress & Wisdom prevail always

Love & Light;

God Bless,

Balance Work in Life with LOVE

Balance Work in Life with LOVE

The recession has now grown its spreading roots. Those who didn’t think it was going to hit them have sadly come to terms: the recession is here to stay.  Thousands of people have been laid off and thousands wonder if their current job will still exist. Either way, all of us have a family member, a friend or a client in this situation. While many have felt the pressure of doing more with less at work for months or years, people are feeling even more stretched to the max. Most of us wonder how long we will be able to sustain such intense pressure.  Those who have lost their job are networking, sending résumés and interviewing for a new job. Those who have had their salaries cut down are in search of another part-time job to increase their revenue. And the rest are holding on to several jobs to make ends meet. Everyone has been affected: employees holding on to a job, entrepreneurs striving to survive and investors counting their losses in the millions.
As stress continues to increase and doesn’t fade away, we must find ways to be resilient to survive the rough waters in search for calmer seas. These are some useful strategies to counter-balance intense pressure as we effectively manage stress.
Balance Work in Life with LOVE:
LIFESTYLE STRATEGIES: If someone is experiencing back pain due to trauma, they may need to take medication and add physical therapy to improve their condition. If someone experiences full blown depression or anxiety attacks, they may benefit from taking antidepressants and undergoing cognitive -behavioral therapy. Doctors prescribe medications and therapy during times of illness. We prescribe healthy strategies during times of health. Practicing healthy strategies to stay healthy will help you sustain stress: use the Four Pillars of Biological Health daily: nutrition, exercise, sleep and relaxation.
ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS: This is one of the most challenging areas during difficult times: people keep adding work and activities to their day and, more so, when they operate by fear. As we constantly pile things on our plate, we will also need to prioritize, plan, strategize, execute and manage our plan to succeed. Many don’t realize that they can go nights without sleep in their twenties but not in their forties.  As we age, we need to find ways to increase our energy to continue to perform at the highest level. If we are too tired and exhausted, we won’t be able to see the best options, limiting our opportunities instead of making the best choices as we strive to thrive.
VALUES:  Add synergy to your actions by aligning your personal value system with your organizational value system. Our values are deeply rooted in our spiritual dimension.  If you are not interested in the focus of your work or feel that “it’s just a job” without any passion for your contributions, the job will offer a temporary solution. The more we are able to connect our personal values to the values of the organization, the easier it will be to bring our passion into action and enjoy work in life.
ENJOY: You won’t be able to work at your highest level if you run out of stamina. You will benefit from taking a break while you replenish your energy spending quality time with family and friends. In addition, consider including activities that you enjoy such as listening to music, trying a new hobby or watching fun programs during the day. This will help you refresh your energy so that you can then continue to work hard. Find times to bring joy into your life every day. This is the key to balancing work in life with LOVE.

Lifetime: The Balancing Act (1/12/09)

The Secret to the New Year’s Resolution

Have you always set up your New Year’s Resolution and gone into it head on to then realize achieving your goals was more difficult than you ever expected? Did you give up just a few weeks after you started? You are not alone. I see this happen all the time. Every year, I see more people show up at the gym in January. Some are in good shape and some need a lot of work. By February, I still see some people sweating on the treadmill and pumping muscle in the weights machines. By March and April, the old faces are back, the regulars.

What makes the difference between one person continuing at the gym and another giving up?
