Dear fellow Intenters,
Many of you may have noticed a lot of weird problems on our site today. Some of you had trouble logging in and had an "Access Denied" page when you entered your username and password. Others were able to log-in–but found that several tabs were missing on the horizontal navigational bar at the top of the homepage, or the entire homepage was stripped of all its usual features.
Our site is just going through weird programming kinks that our usual brave site programmer Tom is in the process of fixing. Cheers to Tom!
If you have problems logging into your account:
- E-mail support@intent.com with your username. We will fix your problem ASAP.
If you can log into your account, and the Intent.com homepage looks messed up:
- Go to your Intent profile, click on the "Edit" button and click "Submit" at the bottom of the page. That will "reset" your account to the correct settings.
- If that still doesn’t work, e-mail support@intent.com with your username. We will fix your problem ASAP.
Think of these weird technical problems as an opportunity for you to exercise patience, detachment and going with the flow. We as a team also grow every time we get these website troubles, so keep expecting more new and improved features for this site.

I'm not sure what this means?: Actual Facebook account is already connected with another account on your site. Before connect your new account to Facebook account you should unconnect old account.

Hi, I have been trying to post my intents, and in the place of the ADD INTENT button always appears an ad that does not allow me to click on the ADD INTENT button.
Can you please help us remove the ads from there? Thanks.

I'm unable to see who supported my intent. When I click on the link for supporters it takes me to another page that is blank. It would be wonderful to see who has supported my intents, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
Yes, the same with me – I cannot "view all" supporters and it takes me to a blank page. Well, but it's good to know that someone is already dealing with these issues. Good luck!
