Thanksgiving! Eat turkey, don’t eat turkey, whatever YOU wish. My wish for each of you is… be happy, don’t worry.

I am so grateful/greatfull for Intent.com where I feel I have a place to enact the change I want to see in the world. I rejoice in this community where I get to practice being the one I’ve been waiting for.

I am an artist, designer, and now a momprenuer, but most importantly the mother of two fantastic teachers. I've been asking for healing on all levels for some time now and my journey brought me through the study, practice and teaching of Reiki. I do yoga regularly and I'm currently learning what it means to purify my body. It became ridiculously clear that I had to kick sugar, caffeine and alchohol. Which I did.... and then promptly fell of those wagons! I will revisit that purification again soon, although I can't say when. I have just launched a jewelry business, Imprecious, I take your loved one's precious fingerprints and make them into fine silver charms that you can wear as a necklace, earrings or bracelet.

    After two crippling weeks that almost had me paralyzed…I find this place and really came across people with "good hearts" that I so badly needed to feel….
