But in a recent talk at the UN Climate Conference in Doha, the lead negotiator for the Philippines was so moved that he lost his composure mid-speech. A minute into the talk, he explains why climate change has impacted him so much personally. Thirty seconds later, he is lost for words. By two minutes in, many listening are in tears with him.
