Tip of the day: Eat Well

Oprah appeared on Larry King Live on January 6th. www.cnn.com/2009/SHOWBIZ/TV/01/07/larry.king.oprah.transcript/Interestingly, her coach, doctor and spiritual adviser discussed her struggles with weight. Dear Dr. Gaby Cora,

Thank you for your post, Laura.

Fear shouldn't drive our choice of eating fresh food. Nor should our pocket (if we sell vitamins and herbs) guide people to ingest tons of vitamins a day rather than eating healthy food.

    To your health!
