    Great article and list of foods, Donna. Thanks for sharing it. There's some interesting research now about the same compound found in tart cherries having been found in blueberries, raspberries, and other berries too. Great news for a berry-lover like me.

    Thank you for you free valuable advice on inflammation. When I looked at the foods that you should
    not eat what do you know I hit the Jack pot I had eaten several of them already, oops!!!!!! Well, I
    have a problem called Polymyocitis an autoimmune evil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those foods kept
    me on my knees without me realizing why. Now I can make some better choises of what I should
    be eating THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
