Hi John,
Another great post.
Because of my back issues, I've always been interested in various symptoms and causes. The posturing makes sense. In fact, I've always thought that the reason why my calf muscles seemed smaller or less defined than those on others was because I was always on my 'back foot'. Meaning, that instead of being confident in my approach to 'whatever' and leaning forward in my posture, instead I was reluctant and ready to back away. Is there a connection or was I grasping?
