Question:
The past few months I have been experiencing an unusual amount of “twitching” during meditation. Coincidentally, for the past few months I have also been a volunteer reiki specialist in the advanced
cancer ward at a hospital. After my shift at the hospital I generally find that I need to go sit by a tree or something in order to help clear the energy. I was wondering if you thought the twitching could
be related to my healing work and if you might have some suggestions for other ways to help clear this energy. I miss my more peaceful and bliss filled meditation time but believe the healing is important work and plan to continue.

Deepak, You say that it is good to mediitate 30 min am and 30 min pm. What is the best Meditations for these times? Are some better then others? Thanks, Judy
I've found that meditating before doing something that requires special centeredness (I realize that is all of life) helps

hi deepak im 20 yrs old and im really unbalanced needing help to find my dahrma/path i cant ignore the dogmas that have situated themselves in me. i situate marijuana into myself to forget and ignore all the bad things/people that have made me so abnormall/antisocial. and rightnow bad is what seems to be my life. but it just made me ignore things in all. i love to help people but knowone likes helping me i hate them. i try using my hollistic practices ive learned at a massage school but im just lack so much confidence in myself. i want to see myself in a new place a new conciouss for mine has beed disrupted. everytime i try writing i feel like yelling in the words. these words i know lead to more anger and resentments. i want to rid myself of all the fear anger i hold in everyday i wish i could think deeper and embrace you with the skill i portay.
