So simplistic and inaccurate Robin. Sometimes criticisism is both justified and neccessary. To flat out ignore it can be pathalogical, a sign of naricissism or antisocial personality disorder. That's neither psychologically nor emotionally healthy.

Criticism is a necessary part of life, the key to me at least is to not be closed to legitimate criticism.

The problem I have is when people judge you silently, rather than criticising you openly. In any organization, family, etc. it is important to not be immune to criticism but to see what spirit it comes from.

I Love criticism I see it as an opportunity to make a positive change in my life. Criticism allows me to see things from the other persons perspective. I criticise others not out of fear but because i want to be part of a winning team and i see them dropping the ball. When people start thinking that its all about them and not about team work then they are headed for failure.

You were not created in criticism- Not even in constructive criticism. Kindness is an attribute of the eternal Soul.

Only mortal thinking would feel a need for criticism—

    Kindly,
